Experience
Mark is one of the leaders in the firm on establishing and maintaining high accounting and auditing (A & A) standards.  As the chairman of the firm's assurance committee, he monitors the ever-changing environment of A & A standards.  He also is in charge of performing the firm's annual inspection to ensure that ATA adheres to its quality control document as it relates to its A & A practice.  He works with a variety of financial institutions and other clients to understand the challenges faced by the clients and auditors alike.  This enables him to study industry trends and adjust our firm's A & A procedures, so ATA is proactive in meeting our clients' needs.
